Just woundering, when u guys go to play online with multiplayer, does someone host & the rest of u guys go into play, or do u guys go into the mplayer.com thing & pay to playÂ¿

Multiplayer has changed a lot over the years. The master server and mplayer no longer exist so the in game server browser does not work. You have to manually enter server IP's or use Gamespy.

Ok, so in order for me to play with u guys, I need to register with that one site, install 445 patch, download the maps, & know all those IP addresses, correctÂ¿

Basically, yes. The IP addresses can change but the gamespy browser will take care of that problem.

I use the gamespy software and watch the servers there.

Mind you, I have to avoid some levels because they crash the game.
