Where can I find the Blood for Ziggoro?

the blood u are looking for is in a grull cave, refer to your map for the location of the cave.
note: the location will only appear on your map if you have spoken to ziggoro.

it's in the northern tundra, the blood can be found in the grull camp if you listened to the spirits they told you it was the blood from a pagan altar partway through the cave you will find a table I guess you could call it an altar with a lot of bottles on it the blood is on that table
