Water

Does anyone know how can I make water with Drakan lvl editor?
I place the water-layer (between) and the sea-bottom (or whatever) layer (that is a floor one). I paint them, and viola!, there is the water. But it has NO water properties!! I can walk into it, but I can't swim in it... it is like a decoration thing. But how can I make water layers have water properties also??
