Copyright?

Yesterday, I was reenjoying some Drakan singleplayer, and I noticed this one unusual thing:
At the moment I'm playing alot of Neverwinter Nights ((great game btw)), and then I decided to play some good old Drakan singleplayer. So I noticed something, I've never noticed before. I was fighting a Scavenger, and when a Scavenger dies, it has 2 different "dying" sounds, and 1 sound is exactly the same sound when you summon a monster in NWN (Neverwinter Nights). And since I've been playing alot of NWN, it does seems kind of creepy killing a Scavenger in NWN, because then a new monster is summoned (that's how it feels)
So I was wondering if there's any copyright from on Drakan from Sony, anyone who knows?
