where is the key?

It's supposed to be on the small table on the right when I entered the tavern after pulling the level. Actually, Rynn now has the chain armour and she can't open the Atimars house. So she must have lost the key, but how can she lose it?
Note: I checked that small table many times, there is nothing on it.

Now, I remember what happened. Rynn got the key, then she tried it at Atimars' door, they key got into the door lock then it says " the door is locked ". Then next time, Rynn came back the key was not there, the door was still locked.

Go to it!!
I always wished Surreal had put a console playable version of the Order of the Flame on the D:TAG disc as a playable reward for finishing the game.
Oh well. I'll just have to settle for merely stellar, as opposed to legendarily stellar.
