What happened to death crystal?

What happened to death crystal?

i noticed that rynn has animations for casting a Death Crystal attack .. there are also items in the databases and an icon in for the inventory .. what ever happened to the Death Crystal .. what was it supposed to do .. and moreover .. can I use it in a multiplayer map?

I noticed the same thing mindfire....ive tried to use it in both mp and sp but each time the game promptly crashes upon activation of the crystal.
